Warranty Policy

DYSON 2 YEAR GUARANTEE:

Terms & Conditions

  • The guarantee becomes effective at the date of purchase
  • Client must provide proof of purchase before any work can be carried out. Without this proof, any work carried out will be chargeable.
  • All work will be carried out by WPI engineers or authorized agents only.
  • The repair or replacement of your Dyson unit under guarantee will not extend the period of guarantee.
  • The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


What is covered?
The repair or replacement of the clients’ unit (at WPI’s discretion) if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within 2 years of purchase or delivery (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture WPI will replace it with a functional replacement part).

What is not covered?
For Dyson Floor Care and Personal Care:

  • Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or handling of unit which is not in accordance with Dyson operating manual.
  • Use of unit for anything other than normal domestic household purposes /as hair dryer/styler.
  • Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of WPI-Dyson.
  • Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine Dyson components.
  • Faulty Installation
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than WPI.
  • Blockages
  • Normal wear and tear (ex. Brush bar, sole plate etc.)
  • Use of this unit on rubble, ash, plaster
  • Reduction in power pack discharge time due to power pack age or use (where applicable)


For Dyson Environmental Care

  • Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or handling of unit which is not in accordance with the Dyson operating manual.
  • Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the rating plate.
  • Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
  • Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine Dyson components.
  • Use of units outside the country of purchase.
    • Where the unit is sold outside the Philippines, this guarantee will only be valid if the unit is used in the country in which it was sold.
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than WPI.
  • Blockages (refer to user guide on how to unblock)
  • Failures caused by circumstances outside of WPI’s control.
