We are committed to fulfilling your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, delivery timing will depend on your location:

  • Metro Manila* – 1-7 working days
  • Luzon – 4 to 15 working days
  • Visayas – 10 to 15 working days
  • Mindanao – 15 to 20 working days

*Customers within Metro Manila will receive a text message from Mober once their order is out for delivery.

    • Item must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
    • Item has not been subjected to physical abuse, mishandling, improper use, negligence or unauthorized repair.
    • Item is returned on its complete and original packaging, and original sales receipt.
    • Item is subject to inspection, discretion and further judgement on the part of the service center.


    Additional conditions for online purchases:

    • Item is re-wrapped and inside the box or pouch with care, and in good condition as per original delivery.
    • Item is in a well-sealed box or pouch if sending back via courier service
