Returns Policy

We would like to inform you that you may return and exchange items under the following conditions:

Return and exchange is within a period of seven (7) days from date of purchase with the original receipt, item unused, in its original packaging and box with all inclusions and manual intact. Return and exchange can be done at any Dyson Direct Store nearest you.

The following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):

1. Sudden change of mind
2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
3. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store

Please be advised also that, the personal data you have provided may be used to process, complete, and deliver your orders (should there be any). It may also be used for marketing or commercial purposes, including analytics to improve our services.
